Careers at Equalice
We hire specialists.Not generalists.
Every role at Equalice is a specialization — PPC, listings, creative, compliance, reporting. We don't hire people to do everything badly. We hire the best in their function and give them the scope and the depth to stay for years.

What makes us different
This isn't your average agency job.
You own one function. Fully.
Not “a bit of PPC, a bit of design, a bit of Amazon.” You go deep in one specialization, become the best in the company at it, and stay there — for years, not months.
You're part of a team, not a queue.
Every specialist works inside a fixed team that runs a set of brands end-to-end. You know your accounts. You know your teammates. No rotating between clients you've never seen.
You're trained in-house — not thrown in.
Structured onboarding, real training, real mentorship from senior specialists. Not “here's your login, good luck.” That's why our people stay.

Account Manager (m/f/d)
Own end-to-end account leadership for 4–6 DACH brands. You're the primary contact, the strategic mind behind the team, and the owner of the P&L for every brand in your portfolio.
What you bring
- 3+ years Amazon experience (agency or brand-side)
- Fluent German + strong English
- Comfortable owning strategic conversations with founders and C-level clients
- Strong analytical thinking — you read P&Ls, not just PPC reports
- You want to grow where the founders are still in the accounts
What you'll do
- Lead strategy for your assigned brands
- Own weekly P&L reviews with clients
- Coordinate with PPC, design, copy and compliance specialists
- Escalate to leadership when it matters — no bureaucracy in between
PPC Manager (m/f/d)
Own advertising strategy and execution for a portfolio of Amazon brands. Full stack across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and Amazon DSP. You optimize for margin, not vanity ROAS.
What you bring
- 2+ years Amazon PPC experience (agency, brand, or Amazon-side)
- Deep understanding of ACoS, TACoS and blended P&L modeling
- Excel-level analysis: pivot tables, keyword harvesting, dayparting
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
- You get excited when someone says “let's look at the search query performance report”
What you'll do
- Build and manage campaigns across all Amazon ad formats
- Model budget allocation against category benchmarks
- Run weekly optimization cycles tied to margin outcomes
- Coordinate with account managers on strategic bidding decisions
Designer / Amazon Creative (m/f/d)
Design main images, A+ content, brand stories and video creative. Not for a portfolio — for conversion. You build creative that gets tapped, scrolled and bought on mobile.
What you bring
- 2+ years design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- Portfolio showing conversion-focused work, not just aesthetic pieces
- Fluency in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of Amazon's image guidelines and A+ content structure
- Video editing skills are a plus (Premiere or After Effects)
What you'll do
- Design main images optimized for mobile CTR
- Build A+ content and brand story layouts that convert
- Create infographics, comparison charts and lifestyle imagery
- Collaborate with copywriters and account managers
SEO Specialist / Listing Copywriter (m/f/d)
Own Amazon SEO and listing copy across a portfolio of brands. You write for the algorithm, the customer and the objection-handler — in that order.
What you bring
- 2+ years Amazon SEO or listing optimization experience
- Fluent German and English (native-level writing in at least one)
- Familiarity with Helium 10, DataDive or similar
- Understanding of Amazon's algorithm shifts (COSMO, Rufus, AI-driven search)
- You read the Search Query Performance report on Mondays
What you'll do
- Write and optimize titles, bullets, descriptions and backend attributes
- Build variation architecture for parent-child ASINs
- Run keyword research using competitive intelligence tools
- Coordinate with designers on A+ content structure
Compliance & Troubleshoot Specialist (m/f/d)
Handle IP escalations, hijacker enforcement, account suspensions and category compliance. You've seen every Seller Central error message twice, and you know which team at Amazon to escalate to.
What you bring
- 2+ years Amazon Seller Central operational experience
- Familiarity with Brand Registry, Project Zero, Transparency
- Comfortable navigating Amazon's dispute and appeal processes
- You stay calm when a client emails at 11pm about a suspension
What you'll do
- Manage IP escalations and Brand Registry enforcement
- Handle account and ASIN suspension appeals
- Own category compliance audits for regulated products
- Track Amazon policy changes and update internal playbooks

A note from the founders
We hire the way we wish we had been hired.
We started Equalice because most agencies treat their people like billing units. Interchangeable. Replaceable. Optimized.
We built the opposite. Every hire is a specialist we plan to grow for years. We invest in your training, your depth and your career — because when specialists stay, brands stay.
